1. Scope of Confidentiality

Any financial data, operational metrics, revenue figures, EBITDA performance, expansion plans, proprietary technical processes, or corporate strategies submitted to Bridge Latin America through our website forms, diagnostics, or initial assessment calls shall be treated as Strictly Confidential Information.

2. Standard Undertaking

Bridge Latin America expressly undertakes to:

  • Hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence, applying at least the same degree of care used to protect our own proprietary data.
  • Use the information solely for evaluating engagement eligibility, conducting preliminary diagnostics, and discussing potential advisory partnerships.
  • Limit internal access strictly to Senior Partners and key executive advisors directly involved in your evaluation.

3. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that:

  • Is or becomes publicly known through no breach of this undertaking by Bridge Latin America.
  • Was already lawfully in our possession prior to disclosure.
  • Is required to be disclosed by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

4. Mutual Bilateral NDA Execution

Prior to initiating any formal advisory project or Phase 1 diagnostic, Bridge Latin America provides and executes a comprehensive Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) tailored to your corporate jurisdiction and regulatory requirements.
